At One per Cent: a Month.
The Plaintiff was an Armenian and the Defendant was a Bengally. The Plaintiff before the Action was brot might have received the Money with Interest at One per Cent: a Month, but he insisted on receiving the Interest at the rate of Three per Cent: 2 annas a Month, which is above Thirty Seven per Cent: a Year.
Sir Robert Chambers came into Court, when a considerable progress had been made in the trial of this Cause.
