This Motion was founded on affidavits that the Defendant was an Idiot and that the Bond and Warrant of Attorney were sign’d by the Contrivance of Burkut Ullah, the Dewan of the Defendant, by BegJuan a Slave of the Defendant.
A Rule to shew Cause was granted.
The like motion had been made and refusted last Term on an affidavit of Beg Jaun alone, because it only stated that he forged the name of his Master, and he was thought to deserve no Credit.
