Should be only One Council in such a Cause. Mr. Davies said Mr. Lawrence the other Advocate for the Company was in the Cause but was not in Town being ill.
Mr. Wroughton the Company’s Attorney was present, but notwithstanding what the Chief Justice said, he took no Notice, and did not apply to any of the Advocates present to Open the Pleadings, although Mr. Uvedale and Mr. Hall were present and not in the Cause on the other side.
Mr. Brix, Mr. Hare, and Mr. Young were Advocates for the Defendant.
