The affidavits of Mr. Raban, and of Mr. William Coates Blaguiere and of others annexed to the Opinions of Forty Seven Pundits were re’d. Mr. Strettell, One of the Advocates for the Defendant, was heard in support of the Motion for a Rule to shew Cause why the Opinions of the Pundits should not be set aside.
Mr. Strettell, Argued that the Court were bound to hear re’d and to file the Opinions of Pundits produced by the Defendants as well as thos affidavits to which those Opinions are
