Be in Court, he being now gone to the Council to assist and advise on the Examination of _____O’Donnell and ___Maclarey charged with the Murder of Eleven Men of the Nation called Malays on the High Seas in the Straits of Malacca.
Costs were first given by the Statute of Glocester 6the E. 1st Anno Domini 1278.
