On Oath to his Opinion of the appearance of Forgery on the face of a Persian Writing which had been produced in Evidence on the part of the Plaintiff: And Dianut Ullah was examined as to his Opinion on the same Paper. By Consent the Evidence of Dianut Ullah was given without Oath, he being One of the two Moulavies attendant on the Court to give their Opinions when consulted, and they having been promised they should not be call’d on to swear on every oaccasion
