Of the Court, into a Room which had a Door opening into the Hall in which the Court was sitting, and in that room he took the Oath, which the Court consider’d as taken in Open Court, and it was enter’d accordingly, though thus retiring out of the sight of the Popele in the Hall, gratified the Vanity of Mudjum ud Deen.
The Door of the room was Open during part of the time Sir Robert Chambers and Mudjum ud Deen were there which I [John Hyde] suppose, was during the time the Oath was taken.
