Began 1793, second Term [Friday] March 1st
At present written as far as page 60 – Oct 23d 1794
[I have no notes in that book or another after that day during that term; but I intend to take notes during the sittings and afterwards; in another book to be begun today:]
And [I intend to keep the rest of the] Pages [of that book called] 1793 Second Term, [blank at present to write on it some notes taken from the books of the officers of what was done in his that term} Mem: [on Friday] Oct. 24th 1794. [Sir William Dunkin heard of the death of Mr. Elliot his son-in-law after he went out of court that day; and Sir William Dunkin didn’t come into court several days after that day or Thursday: Sir Robert Chambers came into court on Saturday] Oct. 25th 1794 [having arrived at his changers in the court house the evening]
