A Bill of Parcels for the Clock was produced by the Plaintiff: it had as is usual in this Town a Receipt on it, in the words “Contents rec’d: Errors Excepted” though the Bill consisted of One article only, and the Rec’t was sign’d by Mr. Parkhill, and Parone John Aviet the Defendant had also sign’d his name in Armenian Characters on the Bill.A Witness proved that in this Town a Bill and Rec’t so signed by both
