Me [John Hyde] to be, that the Canon Laws of the Romish Church, did not bind the Inhabitants here of that Communion, unless they had been received by them.
After the Arguments of the Advocates on both sides, and the Reading so much of the Evidence in the Cause, as the Advocates thought proper to call for to be Read, Sir E. Impey gave his Opinion and the Decree was made.
Sir E. Impey. I think there are sufficient Parties before the Court to make a Decree
