Mr. Dunkin desired leave to appear as Advocate for the Prisoner.
Sir E. Impey. That is of Court.
Mr. Dunkin, on the part of the Prisoner, Objected to Mr. Charles Weston, before he was sworn.
Sir E. Impey. You can only Challenge for Cause. The Crown has a Certain Number of Peremptory Challenges, but the Prisoner has none.
By Indulgence, the Practice is, that if the Prisoner objects to any Juror before he is sworn, that Juror is set
