Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Sicca Rupees, and said it was of the same Value now, as at the time the Ship was taken in Feb. 1781.
Then the Letter of Mr. Geo. Wroughton was admitted and read, and the answer of the Defendants was also admitted and read:
312, 2d Bulstrode.
Mr. Dunkin, Said the Letter was no demand, and the answer was no refusal
