appeared to be the seal of the office, but he could not be sure for the Mark of it was so imperfect he could not read it.
It was insisted for the Plaintiff, that the Pottah was not sufficiently proved, because the Seal was not proved, but the Chief Justice said, the Collector by his signing has adopted the Seal, and therefore the Pottah, was sufficiently proved, and the Court assented to this.
