Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Rupees Debt, Damages and Costs of Suit: a Writ of fieri facias Issued, and the Sheriff returned there were no effects belonging to the Deceased:
Mr. Dunkin, Moved on a Certificate of this import for a Scire facias ­against the Executors suggesting a Devastavit by them , in Order to charge them out of the own Goods, if the Suggestion could be proved.
