3. That a stranger to the action is not bound to take notice whether a man be a bailiff or not, or of his intent in consequence to execute a warrant - & where a man enter’s such stranger’s house in such a questionable shape, he may be turned out.
4. That the general allegation in the plaint the said Ch: Hooke knowing thereof is not a [ILL] in this case of notice.
