Sir E. said further that knowing how well they were acquainted with their duty, it had long been his practice meerly to refer the Grand jury to their Oaths as the rule of their Conduct. And this Practice he would now follow, and being assured they were well acquainted with their duty, he would not detain them from the Exercise of it. There were three or four Indictments found to day, and Ramcaunt Paul arraigned for forgery; and George Houston for murder.
