the appeal should be allowed.
The Court said they Order’d the Judgment should be carried into Execution because the Allegation of the Petition of Appeal that the Money due on the Judgment was paid, was not Evidence of that fact; and therefore as the Court were of Opinion the Money ought to be paid, it was necessary the Court should order the Judgment to be carried into Execution.
