In the Trial of a Cause; And the Examinations were now written as in the Case of the Trial of a Cause they are, by the Clerk of the Examination.
The Court on occasion of this Cause, declared their Opinion, that the like as is now done, was the best method, and ought to be follow’d, on the like occasions, of taking Examinations of Witnesses de bene esse, when the necessity for taking the Evidence of such Witnesses occurs
