A Bill of sale was produced made in the year 1758 when Mr. Frankland was Collector, his Signature was proved and it was admitted he was in England, and therefore the Court held this Bill of Sale to be proved, it being in Evidence that the Collector saw the Parties and sign’d his name on their acknowledging their signatures to Bills of Sale, although in the present case the Death of One of the Bengallees who were Witnesses subscribing on the back of the
