Differing in Opinion, from the other three judges, gave his reasons for that dissent.
Among other reasons he said. That it appear’d by the Evidence, that if any injury was sustain’d by the Plaintiffs it was occasion’d by the Acts of their own Servants: And he said, that it was not proved that any thing more was done by Juggobundo, but accompanying Sir John Richardson, One of the Justice of the Peace
