Mr. Dunkin, said he had nothing he wished to suggest, but hinted strongly that it was meant to have an Appeal in the Cause.
On This, Mr. Justice Hyde said to Mr. Dunkin, Perhaps it is not yet too late, for Mr. Balfour and the other Gentlemen who are in the same situation, to offer to the Governor-General and Council the Terms.
