Thousand, Saul Timber of Certain Measure, and at a Certain time.
The Plaint demands Sixteen Thousand Rupees for this Breach of Covenant.
It was proved the Timber were not deliver’d, and the price they would have sold for, was proved to a greater amount than the price stated in the Plaint, and judgment for the Plaintiff was given.
Damages 16,000 Rupees.
