in this Court, the Court were of Opinion the Plaintiff Mr. Miller should be examined, as it was said, his Evidence would not apply to his own case, but only to the Case of the others, their demands being distinct. The Order was made to examine Mr. Miller, saving all just Exceptions, to be taken at the hearing.
