Aaron Spencer pleaded Not Guilty, and he was tried to day. He is now a Prisoner for want of Securities of the Peace, on the Oath of Peter Spalding, for threats used to Peter Spalding.
The Trial of Aaron Spencer lasted till about half an hour after Three o’Clock at which time they went out of Court to consider on their Verdict,
