1784. Sessions. [Wednesday] Dec. 15.

Sessions and before the Execution of the Sentence, and some times the Calendar has not been signed till after the Sessions has been ended and after the Sentence has been executed, the Court esteeming the Sentence pronounced in open Court, and the Entry which is made or should be made by the Clerk of the Crown, in a few words to this effect “Let him be Hanfed by the Neck” the only Warrant
