1784. Sessions. [Wednesday] Dec. 15.

It was agreed by Sir Robert Chambers and Mr. Justice Hyde, that it was proper the Sheriff should have some more solemn Warrant for the Execution of every Criminal than the Signing of the Calendar, and that before any Execution on any Sentence at the next Session the Court would make some regulation requiring a more Solemn Warrant,
