The two Witnesses Mr. Wilson and Mr. Stewart who were both Surgeons appear’d and gave very full Evidence that Mr. White died of a Wound by a Pistol Bullet, but who gave that Wound they Swore Mr. White did not tell them, nor did they know otherwise than by common Report.
