Sir Robert Chambers and I had much discourse at several times since this indictment has been found on the Subject and this Morning before we came into Court we discoursed on the Subject, and altho’ we differ’d in Opinion it was determined that Sir Robert Chambers alone should speak in Court on the Subject, and give the Judgment he was intituled to give by his casting Voice, only remarking in
