This Cause was begun on Monday Jan: 10th: and had been continued every day to this day. The Evidence from the beginning was now re’d over, with the Exhibits produced.
The Court agreed that there ought to be Judgment for the Plaintiff, and adjourned the Cause till to morrow for the Prothonotary to Calcutta from the Evidence
