went away home as soon as this Cause was call’d on, because as the Evidence must all be red before the Court could give Judgment, it was not necessary all the Judges should be present when the Evidence was given, and Sir Robert Chambers wanted to write Letters to be sent to England.
The hearing further Evidence in this Cause was adjourned to Friday.
