event of the Appeal an Attachment should be Issued which would only affect the Person of Bulram and not his Estate, And if in the time elapsed during the appeal Bulram should die, Ramlochun would lose the whole Sum he was intituled to by the Award, which he said the Court were bound to consider as a just Debt.
