Decretal Order, and that the Arguments now used arose only from the Evidence taken before the Master, and tended perhaps to impeach the Propriety of the Decree, but could not be applied as Exceptions to the Master’s Report. And of this Opinion was the Court and Over-Ruled the Third Exception.
Eight more Exceptions remain to be argued at some future day or days.
