“I owe Mr. Coutinho” &c altho’ it is still more usual to write on Cards for Money so lost I.O.U. meaning I owe you, and in common discourse among people who Game, and such are in great Numbers in India, these Cards are call’d I owe yous.
There are two pleas to this Action; First Non Assumpsit; Secondly Infancy of the Defendant.
