appear’d to be none which would Justify the not giving Costs against a Pauper, in like manner as against a rich defendant, and the only Rule of this Court, concerning the Office of the Attorney for the Paupers, does not authorise, differing from the Practice in England, in Costs to be awarded against a Pauper Defendant.
