Mr. Sealey for Mr. Brix the Advocate for Paupers, who is ill, open’d the Plaint and stated the title, to be possession for above forty years, and a Pottah in the year 1764; sign’d by Mr. Billers then Collector. The Pottah was admitted.
Some proof of title was given, by possession such as the Court thought required the Defendant to prove his title, although
