the Prisoner, and that Colonel Hampton would not suffer him to see the Prisoner without an Order from the Governor-General Mr. Macpherson, which Mr. Wroughton the Company’s Attorney had promised to procure for Mr. Tolfrey. Mr. Tolfrey wanted to see the Prisoner that he might know from himself, whether the Writ was sued by his desire, and whether he wished to call for the Return, when he understood that the Consequence was likely to be, that he should be deliver’d for Trial on the Charge of Forgery either to the Fouzdarry Court for the Forgeries he was
