I proposed, with the assent of the other judges, and the advocates on both sides readily agreed to it, that Letters ad colligenda bona defeneti returnable immediately be granted to Mr. Graham if he shall apply petition for the same & give & that the argument of the caveat be deferred till next Term.
And it was ordered accordingly.
