was examined and one of the first Questions put as usual in taking the Depositions of Witnesses in this Court being “Who are You.” Mr. Johnson answer’d I am a Surgeon of the Corporation of Surgeons of London, a Licentiate of the University of Paris, a Doctor of the University of Rheims.”
In the further part of his Evidence it appear’d Mr. Johnston was by birth an Irishman.
