The Cause of Molloy against Walesby which was adjourned to this day from Thursday, when the Plaintiff’s evidence was closed, now goes on.
Mr. Davies advocate for the Defendant – states the several counts, & observes that the 7th & 8th are the most material to which, as well as to the 5th and 6th, the [Justification] – is applied. He observed on the difference between the case proved even by the Plaintiff’s witnesses, & that sworn to by Plaintiff when Defendant was held to bond.
