My name is not in the Jamma Kheich of the Zemindarry delivered by Burkut Ullah to Mr. Duncan.
My father & [Govind?] father & I have been in the service of that Zamindarry for sometime. I was out of employ. Ten years I acted as Vakeel at Moorshedabad; in Calcutta I only acted under Burkut Ullah.
I was not in the service in 1178-1179, 1180 or 1181, I entered into the Service of Burkut Ullah’s brother in 1152. From that time to the present I have been some-
