I did so, and told him (Golaum Ashruff) that the draught he had made was good for nothing & desired that he would make out an Arzy conformable to the draught made by Ramchunder in order that it might be presented to the [Governor?] & [Col.?] – and that he would also make his application to the [Court?] conformable to that draught by name of Mr. Tolfrey. Golaum Ashruff then said to me “very well I’ll present it, do you go now to Mr. Tolfrey’s house.” I & Gowr
