Ramchunder promised to protect me and support me against Muctaram.
I have not been often at Munshy Sudder u Deen’s house. When Ramchunder had business with Munshy Sudder u Deen he used to send me to him with a note.
The night that I was sent for when Ramchunder Sein &c, held the consultation there that I have spoken of, it was between 7 & 8 when I arrived. I went first to Ramchunder Sein’s house; but was
