A motion was made by Mr. Newman for a Citation with intimation to Edward Parry Esq, administrator of the Goods of Mr. Cotes deceased, to bring in the Letters of administration with design that they should be deliver’d up to be cancell’d, a Will having been found since in which he has appointed no Executor. He has given a few small Legacies, and all the rest the said William Cotes gives to his Wife Diana Cotes, and after her decease to be divided equally among any Children he might have.
The intention of bringing in the Present Letters of Administration was to obtain Letters of Administration with the Will annexed to be granted to the Widow.
Note. Administration with the Will of William Cotes annexed, was granted to Diana Cotes, his Widow, on Thursday Nov. 19th 1778. She was Sworn in before
