A. Yes I signed a receipt for the amount of the bond & gave it into the hand of the Vakeel, named Reza Ullah, in presence of Ramchunder a Mohorir, & ordered them to deliver the receipt to Gopy Nazir & to receive the amount as I was going with an English writer & Bulram Muckerjee to see the bond executed by the Zeminder.
