Ten Books, such as this in which the Evidence is written, and at page 14, in the Tenth Book, the Evidence on the Part of the Prosecution was closed on Thursday Jan 5th 1786. That Trial was then at the desire of Mr. Dunkin adjourned to Saturday January the Seventh that Mr. Dunkin Advocate for the Prisoners might have One day to prepare his Opening on the part of the Prisoners.
