Ejectment of Fifty Begahs of Ground at Luske-poor in Bengal, and for Fifty One Begahs, at Gorrah Gauda.
This Land is claim’d under Chitou Bibbee who had it by descent from the Rajah of Burdwan.
Jaggatram’s claim, is under a Pottah from Chitou Bibbee. Gongaram the Defendant accepted a Lease of part of this Land from Jaggatram rendering Sixteen Sicca Rupees Rent. Some dispute arising between them, Gongaram thought he would get the whole Land, and applies to the Banyan of Mr. Goring who at that time was
