Arbitration voluntarily enter’d into.
I said, if this were true, I thought the Defendant might support his title as Plaintiff in a New Ejectment. They were not ready now to prove any thing for the Plaintiff, and I said it was now too late to ask to put off the Cause, after the Plaintiff’s Evidence was gone thro’.
