His [Masters? Quarters?], & the English Translation by Trelochurn – whereas Govindram Metre has since [intimated?] us that the Translation [from] Persian into Bengally & from Bengally into English were both made by himself & son, or by his Munshy.
His reason for declining to procure false witnesses, was not the wickedness of such a fact but that Muctaram was his Enemy & could detect him.
