there giving him a mortal wound of which he languished from the said 8 of December to the 9th and then died of the said wound at Calc:; and that Prisoner was present commanding aiding & abetting the said unknown person to commit the said Felony & Murder; and so the Jurors say that the Prisoner & the said persons, to the persons unknown in manner aforesaid feloniously did kill & murder the said Aladin. And the jurors do further present that the said Robert Stewart at the time of committing &c, was a Brit: Subj: residing in Bengal & is a person subj: to the jurisdiction of this Court.
