There being no other evidence to prove Prisoner a British Subject, the only way in which he is stated to be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Court, the Trial could proceed no further & the jury found him

Mr. Dunkin moved that a petition of appeal, which he now preferred in the Case of Sir T. Rumbold Compl: in Eqt. Agt Modun [ILL] Dutt Deft may be rec, on the part of Deft. Mr. Davies objected that 6 lunar months are expired since Decree.
The Court will consider of it.
